I unfortunately pre ordered a pair of shoes here on October 16, 2017 and they estimated them having the product in by November 25, 2017...So November 25th rolls around and I never received a tracking number or any info in regards to my pre order so I gave them a few weeks because maybe something happened I don't know.
Well on their website it states that you can ALWAYS get a refund on pre order items if they have yet to come in. Because of this I requested a refund on December 16,2018 and have YET to receive any of my money back. Not only were they snippy to me in the email they told me it would take 7-10 business days to get my money back and it has now been 16. I work for a bank and I know good and well a refund would be back in an account before 16 business days.
I will never order a product from this company again because losing money really sucks.
If you want to pay for something you don't receive, I would recommend shopping here.Other wise, DON'T!!!!!!
